Popular Post Airehead Posted September 12, 2019 Popular Post Share #1 Posted September 12, 2019 My dad drove up for his first visit at the new house. He arrived around 3:30. I arrived around 4:40. Approximately twenty minutes later, we were at the trap field where he showed me he still has it. (Dad- 49/50; everyone else- many fewer.) We came home to a dinner of Italian Wedding soup, his favorite. This morning, it is raining. I'll take him to Wegmans because he loves it. Then I'll make lasagna for Saturday's dinner . This afternoon, we will go shoot at the other club. I hope he meets some worthy adversaries there. In between, good conversation and some help with an issue Lindy and I are having on the agility course. Oh, and if it stops raining, they are supposed to start putting down sod and hydro-seed today!!! It is cool having him here to visit. 10 7 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Like diving back to 3rd to avoid a back pick and face planting.... (still safe!) It’s really cool to get out there & play with your adult kids. It’s a totally different dynamic. Airehead Posted September 13, 2019 Author Share #14 Posted September 13, 2019 We shopped and ate sAndwiches and worked the dogs. Then we shot at the little club. I rocked it tonight- he rocked it harder. Beat me by one I. The first round and more than that in the second. Shot with some really good shooters tonight. I hadn’t met them before.
