Zealot Posted September 13, 2019 Share #1 Posted September 13, 2019 I was in the middle of a reply when the thread got locked... @Dirtyhip, I once stopped and helped a homeless man who had a mechanical issue with his bike. Broken chain I believe. Though he and his belongings looked pretty shabby, the bike was a relatively decent bike. I fixed it for him and gave him some tools.

I felt annoyed that people were staring at me, as I rode to yoga. I felt happy to participate in the practice. Free is not really free, of course. I believe she was paid through community health dept. I felt that low cost was good for the bulk of the people that live here. The yoga was not difficult and I didn't get my usual good yoga session in. The last two yoga sessions I have had, I have cried. Like, my eyes water up. I guess I am getting a good release there. I did not cry at all during the yoga in the park. I felt humored when the per son drove by and screamed out at us.

I think maybe it’s just something they don’t see everyday. And maybe you just look really good on the bike, so they were checking you out. ? 1

MoseySusan Posted September 13, 2019 Share #25 Posted September 13, 2019 I liked your story. @Dirtyhip Yoga can release tension which also releases emotion, sometimes crying. Mostly I sweat like crazy.
