Randomguy Posted June 23, 2014 Share #1 Posted June 23, 2014 Some people say they don't do well eating the meat. I usually say phooey to that, you can adapt and overcome. What do you think, can EVERYONE benefit from eating the meat?

What do you think, can EVERYONE can benefit from eating meat? I eat it sparingly. Not everyday. Personally, I think meat is a great part of a healthy diet. Former member Posted June 23, 2014 Share #3 Posted June 23, 2014 Meat is good for you. The people I know that don't eat enough meat, seem to get sick far more often than meat-eaters.

Randomguy Posted June 23, 2014 Author Share #5 Posted June 23, 2014 It is sad when you have to do a parody of your own thread. I forgive you all, though.

JerrySTL ★ Posted June 23, 2014 Share #8 Posted June 23, 2014 Is she much healthier now? Good question. She started eating meat again as her iron levels were constantly low and it was bothering her racing in college. Plus she tended to eat a lot of junk food. For a while she certain was a stronger rider. Now? Since she got injured and can't race much plus has a full time job and can't even ride much, she's starting to resemble her father.....
