Add 2-3 cups flour and kneed in a stand mixer add 3-4 tbs honey salt add a half stick soft butter let rise until doubled in size, stretch and fold. So, I am going to make some chocolate Babka this weekend. ? I think it is just called chocolate swirl bread in my CA Culinary Academy book.
