I used the all recipes Naan recipe, and halfed the sugar (they ask for a 1/4 cups...that is nuts) and then I added 1/2 cup of starter and extra flour. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/14565/naan/ I cooked them on my pit boss which is like a traegar at 400F. Apple pellets. I buttered them before each side was cooked.

petitepedal ★ Posted September 23, 2019 Share #6 Posted September 23, 2019 Can I have a piece of your bread to go with my black bean soup? Thanks
Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted September 23, 2019 Share #7 Posted September 23, 2019 Looks great. I love the loaf; what do you cook yours in? I have a sourdough in the fridge I started yesterday. The starter has been around for a month. I'll make some baguettes tonight. I need to add two cups of flour to finish the dough. Let it rise, shape and bake. I'll post pics later. Cast iron dutch oven on 500F. 30 minutes covered and minutes uncovered. I use an old Wagner Ware chicken roaster.

The bread went flat and tasted horrible. I assumed that was due to lack of salt.
