Wilbur ★ Posted October 11, 2019 Share #1 Posted October 11, 2019 That isn't our area of expertise. I don't know where your flight departs, Moran. Look at an information board or ask a gate agent. Preferably one that works for the airline your stupid arse is scheduled to fly on. My micro rant for the day.
Popular Post maddmaxx ★ Posted October 11, 2019 Popular Post Share #2 Posted October 11, 2019 We believe that pilots are the heros of the flying business and are all knowing major gods of information about that which is happening now. Besides, who doesn't love a man in uniform. 2 2

I guess they think you know everything about the airlines. It's like when you're out of state and someone asks, "I have a friend named Jim Smith who lives in your state. Do you know him?" The same with colleges. I split two games with a Chicagoan in this year's Team Maryland vs Team Illinois Chess Match and we were both Illinois Institute of Technology grads and were students there at the same time in the 70's. We had different majors and never knew other.
Kzoo Posted October 11, 2019 Share #13 Posted October 11, 2019 Because they think you work there. If you wear a red shirt into Target someone is going to ask you where the vitamins or toilet paper is. If you wear a blue shirt into Walmart someone is going to ask you where the condoms or dog food is.
Airehead Posted October 11, 2019 Share #14 Posted October 11, 2019 I ask pilots, even questions to which I already know the answer, just because I like handsome guys in uniforms. I do not ask ugly pilots. 2

Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted October 11, 2019 Share #16 Posted October 11, 2019 I didn’t know that was a thing. But I am pretty self-reliant when I travel. When I see pilots in the airports, I generally think, “eff those guys”. 1
