Road Runner Posted October 11, 2019 Share #1 Posted October 11, 2019 From exercise of some sort? Just a day when you do almost nothing physical, on purpose? I used to. But lately in my attempt to slay the 180 dragon, I work out every day. Walking, cycling, cutting grass (push mower and lots of grass), light weights, etc. I think taking a day off, say once a week, is probably good for you. At least, that is what I am trying to convince myself of.

Don't roll your eyes at me @Road Runner, based on the rave reviews from @Zackny I hired @Kzoo. My grass is a few feet tall now.
Dottleshead ★ Posted October 11, 2019 Share #4 Posted October 11, 2019 I thought it was understood that @Kzoo's specialty was barns and sheds. Never, ever have a barnyard or chicken coop guy mow your lawn. Conflict of interest. It's a source of chow for them.
