going to step up my activity game.  None during the week right now, but lots when I glamp.  25,000 steps on Saturday.

Honestly, I've been lazy -- which is new to me.  I'm pretty sure it's related to depression -- but that's no excuse.  When you exercise you get the benefits of being healthier and you feel less depressed.
