Tracking food. Man, my diet is pretty healthy. A little high in fat, but it is all good fat. Still high though. I have lost 17 pounds, since my heaviest this year. Today: coffee (with measured amount of creamer...I was doing too much here), and 1/2 cup of homemade granola, 1/2 cup of almond milk. Lunch will be a can of tuna with plain yogurt and a couple tbsp of mayo for flavor. Almond thin crackers. Steamed beets as a side. and some lettuce and carrot for my snack with fancy balsamic. Dinner, brown rice, steamed broccoli, sweet potato, back beans and tahini sauce. Dessert, you guessed it...good quality chocolate. What is on your plate?
