This morning's yoga practice

We can share menus.  

Today: coffee (with measured amount of creamer...I was doing too much here), and 1/2 cup of homemade granola, 1/2 cup of almond milk.  Lunch will be a can of tuna with plain yogurt and a couple tbsp of mayo for flavor.  Almond thin crackers. Steamed beets as a side.  and some lettuce and carrot for my snack with fancy balsamic.  Dinner, brown rice, steamed broccoli, sweet potato, back beans and tahini sauce.  Dessert, you guessed it...good quality chocolate.  

What is on your plate?

Uh, didn't she ask you to fill her plate?

In any case, good work getting on top of your diet. ? 17 lbs is a pretty big change for someone your size, and I bet now you are into maintain your weight and strengthen mode.

My spatula and pan only reach so far.  

I would like to lose another 5.  Low 120's is my best self.  Ripped up.
