Road Runner Posted October 19, 2019 Share #1 Posted October 19, 2019 First we had Dorian. Now Nestor is coming to pay us a visit. Whatever happened to threatening and scary names like Katrina, Nadine and Rafael? I think Richard would be a good name. Hurricane Dick.

"Nestor" sounds like the name of a character from "The Big Bang Theory".

Hurricane Dick is a name that would be hard to beat. The World Meteorological Organization doesn't have the balls to name a hurricane, "Richard". Actually, Nestor is the name of a major character in the book I just finished. I introduced Nestor Yazzi in the last book, and he's a major player in this one. You'll be seeing a lot more of Nestor (the character, not the storm) as I'm spinning him off into his own series.
Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted October 20, 2019 Share #10 Posted October 20, 2019 Nestor isn’t due until next weekend. Lots of rain expected Saturday and Sunday, also games 4 & 5 of the World Series here in DC
