Why that sort of effort versus a more 0% incline but at 4 or 5 mph?  Your workout seems more like my hill climb efforts (high HR/low RPM) versus my fat burning rides (higher cadence, also elevated HR but not as high).

I do not want to run..pretty much after 3.5 or 3.8...I am running...Asked my trainer about how to increase my cardio workout on the treadmill with out running..his response was "add weight"(and we all know how the weighted vest worked...although I liked using it) and "increase incline".. This gets my heart rate going ?
