1 box pasta.......cook it

1 Jar alfredo sauce......pour it into the pasta.

1 lb of meatballs.......cook or heat them.  (could have heated in the sauce)

Mix it all together and put in a baking dish.

Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350 till cheese melts and browns a bit.

You may add anything you would like to spice up the flavor.  I added a bit of broccoli

Pre-made Alfredo sauce is gross, and Alfredo is so freaking easy to make so why bother?

We will just ignore the fact that my wife can't manage to make alfredo though.

And we'll ignore your lack of a recipe or a link to a recipe.

It's beyond easy.

Heat heavy cream in a pan. Scratch some fresh nutmeg in it. Let it reduce and thicken. Add your cheese. I like Gruyere and parm. Add your pasta, toss, done.

Good enough Martha Stewart?

For her, no! For me, YES!

Butter 1 Tablespoon

Fettuccine 12 Ounces

heavy cream 2 Cup

Nutmeg 1/4 Teaspoon

Onion Powder 1/4 Teaspoon

Parmesan Cheese 1/2 Cup

Parsley flake

Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon

Salt 1/2 Teaspoon

1.  In saucepan melt butter

2.  Stir in whipping cream, nutmeg, onion powder, salt and pepper.  Bring to a boil;

3.  reduce heat to low, add cheese and simmer 25-30 minutes, stirring frequently.

4.  Prepare pasta.  Toss pasta with sauce.  Garnish with parsley.

I have the best luck using grated Parmesan cheese, it just seems to mix in better for me, but I also usually rush it.  I start my sauce before the Fettuccine and it's all done at the same time.

But freaking easy and can be thrown together quickly.

When I was a young man I had this vision of me in my 30’s eating dinner out of a can over the sink alone.  Not sure why I thought this...

Reality was far from that vision.

I never had that vision.  There was no need to eat a bologna and mustard on white sandwich over the sink.  The crumbs brushed right off.
