of the fridge (overstuffing was the main culprit, carelessness a close second).  Like any good incident, it often takes two problems to trigger it.)

I got off fairly easy - just spilled some ketchup on my sock and the floor and the top shattered, so now we have a nearly full bigass bottle of ketchup with no lid.  But the milk held up with just a corner dent, and it is full also so that could have been a mell of a hess.  We have a fairly soft vinyl floor so glass might not have shattered, but it is snice not to have to worry aboot that.

 So @2Far, are plastic containers causing risk homeostasis?  I would probably have been more careful with glass.

Seems like we really need to finger oot plastic recycling.

LOL, I think the move to plastics was more of a consequence of the move away from home delivery of glass bottles. The reuse of glass bottles had to be labor labor intensive and expensive.

Good you got a lucky break!  I had good and bad luck at various times with similar events and love it when it comes out mostly right like that!

Yeah a gallon of milk, 2mm thick, covers a lot of area.
