What? Do you mean when I walked into the boards sticking out from the back of HoSmudge's truck?  Pretty bloody at the start, a little bit of a headache that day, but no surgery needed.... and did not lose the nose.

You will die.

And what do you charge for delivering that prognosis, Dr Wheels?  I hope your license is up to date.

The first one is free.  If she does not die, then I charge.

Bad business model.  My financial advisors say get the cash up front, well before they have a chance to buy the farm.

No. Was nailing up the siding all day. I was tired. Was holding the 6D nails with my fingers cuz my thumb didn't want to get hit again. Ended up whacking this finger. Call it a day, Smudge. Can't. I have a few more nails to install. Happily I didn't hit my fingers again.

Your fingers look like they get used to do stuff, I admire that.  🌞

You need to stop hitting the wrong nail.

A coworker said I need steel toe boots for my hands. :D Happy to report my hammer swinging has improved greatly since this incident.

I would say you need a good hammer with a magnetic nail starter.

I use an Estwing

It hangs on my pegboard and when I am working outside the garage, it hangs on my toolbelt, thank you very much.

Ha! No. I rinsed the blood out of my mouth and spit out the water.

Like I say, I'm doing much better with hammer and nails. My regular 16 oz hammer and I are working well together.
