I’m having a burrito

I’m making barbecued shrimp. It’s not shrimp-on-the-barbie but a Cajun method of sautéed shrimp. Make a shrimp stock with the shells and whole black peppercorns. Devein 1 lb large shrimp. Seasoning mix includes garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, crushed red pepper, thyme, rosemary, and oregano. Melt butter in a large fry pan. Add seasoning, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce(!), Add shrimp and shake pan vs stirring ( it’s more better). Add 1/2 cup shrimp stock, When shrimp are done add 1/4 beer at room temp. Cheap-ass lager works better than the fancy IPAs. Serve with crusty French bread to sop up the sauce
