Make a shrimp stock with the shells and whole black peppercorns. Devein 1 lb large shrimp. Seasoning mix includes garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, crushed red pepper, thyme, rosemary, and oregano. Melt butter in a large fry pan. Add seasoning, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce(!), Add shrimp and shake pan vs stirring ( it’s more better). Add 1/2 cup shrimp stock, When shrimp are done add 1/4 beer at room temp.
