Miriam Maisel spent part of a summer there with her and her ex's family in the 2nd season (set around 1959) of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (Amazon Instant Video) and looked awesome in a bathing suit. It's won all kind of Emmy awards including Best Comedy - it's a shame all the good shows aren't on broadcast TV anymore. Unless you get Amazon. Netflix, HBO. Showtime, etc. etc. etc. you can't see all of them.e The resort in the TV show was exclusively Jewish. Do they still have such things? Ancestry.com says I'm 1% Jewish, so would I be admitted? I had to wear a paper yamulka with which I was provided when I went to the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem. I'm willing to do the same is they have the same neat entertainment they had in 1959.
