From a BIG SCREEN and full sound effects, Star Wars is clearly the one to see in a theater. The other three are easily more adaptable to the normal living room TV. When SW comes out on TV, we'll throw it up on the projector and kick on the surround sound, but the other three will be viewed normally*. *my wife may drag me to the theater for Little Women. groupw Posted December 23, 2019 Share #7 Posted December 23, 2019 Ford bs Ferrari is playing at the Grand this weekend! It’s an Art Deco theater from the 30s. They play movies at the end of the first run. Admission is $3.50. I would like to see Star Wars, but I despise the mall cinema playing it in town.
jsharr ★ Posted December 23, 2019 Share #8 Posted December 23, 2019 Out of those, I would opt for Uncut Gems. Jumanji 2 would be good for some laughs. Richard Jewel might be good Bombshell also.
jsharr ★ Posted December 23, 2019 Share #9 Posted December 23, 2019 Last Christmas Alamo Drafthouse did a showing of White Christmas on the big screen that I took Martha to see. You should see if any of the local theaters are showing classic Christmas movies on the big screen. Going My Way, Bells of St. Mary's, Lillies of the Field, etc.
