Eat 1 thing for several consecutive days but not at least 1 day of balanced meal with veggie, protein/carb, etc. I forgot to ask her how she handled fruit. She felt better. Meanwhile she has gained over 10-15 lbs. Not horrible but noticeable by wearing dark clothing to mask changes. She is 42 yrs. old. I've known her since she was 13 yrs. She walks a lot to take bus, her dog. She doesn't plan to own a car/but couldn't afford it anyway. No need where she lives. I didn't say anything to her eating habits.
