  Rain snow ice mix coming down 27 degrees right now...Sipping tea in the dark of morning!

Last nights dinner plans got changed...and  so dinner at the Vina and more importantly that side trip to Tea Source and Patina didn't happen   But I don't think anything will happen today..I got food and I have tea...I have some new tea that I have yet to open So I won't starve!

Looks like it will be an inside day...cooking shows, laundry, a little cleaning, and a nap :cheerleader:

It is a good thing I have food in my fridge and cupboards...it is not a time to be driving..or walking for that matter

Highway patrol says don't go if you don't need to...Still watching folks trying to leave the parking lot next door..guy left..turned around and tried to return..he is now backing  down the same driveway :runcirclsmiley:

Somebody has to take the hit! I'm glad it's not us as well.  Right now, Central Maryland is experiencing a heat wave: it's 57° and sunny at 11:30 am.

All weather is beautiful.

Be happy you are fortunate enough to live indoors during these times you find less than ideal.

I got a chance to make a run to the grocery store. As I was walking across the parking lot I heard a guy call out to me “Hey John, how have you been?” I didn’t recognize him but he knew me. He said he used to work with me at the forge. He told me he was going through a tough time right now. He said he was out of work and out of money.  He lost his place to live and is staying with a friend for now.

He may have turned to panhandling to get by but I gave him some money and told him I hoped things get better for him.
