Cooked.

I can still remember my brother one time when we went camping and it rained all night. We couldn’t get a decent fire going in the morning to cook our eggs we brought for breakfast. He said he was really hungry and ate his eggs raw. I don’t know if he was really that hungry or just liked to gross us out.

It was a photo on an ad for Purina omega 3 chicken feed. All I added was the numbers. They already had the eggs lined up in a circle and I thought of the bananas.

We sometimes get eggs from a friend who raises chickens, and they are often a mix-and-match of colors and sizes.  They all taste good, but it is fun to see the variety.

I have a friend who raises some chickens, ducks, and goats. She had the first blue eggs I had seen. She has also had some super size eggs that look more like turkey eggs.

I’m not sure I have ever tasted Tarragon, what am I missing?

some say it is like Anise or licorice.  I do not think so.  It is aromatic and adds some depth of flavor to eggs.  I just use a pinch.  Maybe a teaspoon in 5 or 6 eggs.

I’m going to have to try it.

I never used turmeric until all the fuss about it being so good for your health. I bought some and tried it. It’snot a flavor I enjoy. That said a couple that we used to be close friends with visited us the other night and brought some home made soup. It had chick peas and turmeric. My wife didn’t want any so I ate the whole amount. I still don’t like the taste.

I have only used the dried stuff from a jar.  Need to look for fresh, or see if I can grow if from seeds in our garden.

Over medium - which most people call "over easy," but a waitress once told me that real "over easy" is finished cooking with a little of the white still runny.

I used to order over easy until I got tired of getting eggs sometimes with snotty looking egg whites. Over medium is a safer way to order them.

From chicken. I've had preservered salted duck egg.  It's best in small amounts.

I like the egg dish finished with some moisture.  Soft boiled eggs slightly runny, a raw egg in bim-bap stirred round with rice, veggie, meat in hot stone bowl is yummers,  omelet with a slight moisture, scrambled eggs with slight moisture, eggs benny slightly runny yolk.
