Razors Edge ★ Posted January 3, 2020 Share #2 Posted January 3, 2020 Awesome! Well, not awesome in the "it's gonna be great fun" sort of way, but definitely in the "great you are working hard and kickin butt" sort of way.

MickinMD ★ Posted January 4, 2020 Share #6 Posted January 4, 2020 Excellent! I'm jealous and inspired. I used to do a mix of weight workouts with my high school athletes plus workouts at home with a Soloflex machine including butterfly and leg machine. For the past couple of years, I've been doing resistance band stuff, mostly for my healing shoulder and now I'm ready for something harder. I set up my Soloflex machine and bought a new set of weight bands, but I think I'm also going to join a good gym - which will help me stick to a regular schedule. I have a lot of clutter to move out of my house plus some rearranging that should be done by the end of January. I get serious about weight, etc. workouts afterward.

I like working with the trainer..I would never work this hard on my own..and I would certainly not cover all the muscle groups he is working ...I have to ride this summer..much of what he is doing is making my legs wicked strong.
