Mid life crisis for Gen X women

So it's a problem that some boomer parents, have told some of these younger women for them to reach the stars but disappointed themselves/others....etc.

Not sure if their mid-life crisis is so much more different than boomer women.  I doubt it.  I'm sorry. Some of us lived/forged as lst wave in major way through the problems of male dominant organizations, management structures (which hasn't changed much in some places), juggling full-time career and parenthood, etc.
