Planet fitness  Instead of 5 and 4 sets I did 4 and 3...but I have to lug my weights (2-35pounders, a 20 pounder and 2 10 pounders) across the gym and back and I did the core workout at the end...warm up was 14 minutes on the treadmill...6.5% incline 3.0 mph

Walked 4 miles with WoJSTL on an indoor track. Damn near got dizzy as it's 18 laps per mile. The weather is too miserable to be outside.

I used to run barefoot around my garden when training for a 5K. I forget how many laps it was to a mile but it was more than 18. I left GPS tell me when I had 3.2 miles.

In November I took my daughter ice skating, fell hard and my left knee was the first thing that hit the ice. Didn't twist it but I bashed it good.  I limped on it for a couple weeks* and it was still a little tender to the touch even when I could walk normally on it.

Yesterday I went riding for the first time since that happened, and I was a little worried the knee would bother me. I was really excited when it didn't hurt in the least (didn't hurt this morning either) . I was so happy, and the weather so nice, that my planned 15-mile ride turned into 21. :D

*yes, I probably should have had it looked at. I'm a dummy, even if I seem to have gotten lucky this time.
