Ralphie ★ Posted July 6, 2014 Share #1 Posted July 6, 2014 To use it outside, I had to up the screen brightness, even under an umbrella, and of course I feel guilty about renting more electrons to do it, but sometimes function needs to take the front seat. I went almost all out - to prevent losing track of the pointer, I also added long mouse trails, and the ability to locate the pointer by pressing control, and the "snap to default option in open dialogs". But I stopped short of downloading some bigass custom pointer. It has improved the alfresco computing experience nicely.

Thaddeus Kosciuszko Posted July 6, 2014 Share #4 Posted July 6, 2014 A little less green.. When you make your monitor less green you can substitute any color you want as long as it's black.
Randomguy Posted July 7, 2014 Share #5 Posted July 7, 2014 I have a laptop with a 17" screen, a lapdesk and a cordless usb mouse. I can't imagine a better way if I am plopping down to do some longer computing, although a tablet would be good for a quick web seach or the like.
