Yeah, and she was also supposedly under water for about 5 minutes.  Yeah, not CGI at all, sure.

It is obviously not CGI, but as there are camera cuts, I highly doubt it was all on one breath hold.

We teach breath hold techniques and have had people with 1/2 hour of training do a 5 minute breath hold.

There are enough transitions from scene to scene in the movie and all are less than 1 minute.  Most likely there's an air hose/mask in addition to the cameraman out of sight that she's been trained to use to breathe and uses it between scenes. There's also a source on the bottom of bubbles rising slowly under her, though their slow rise may mean they're a heavier gas like CO2.
