UCONN women's basketball team vs team USA tonight at the XL Center in Hartford.  Maybe some clothes shopping for oldest son today.  He brought a mostly empty suitcase with him from China.  He's still pretty badly jet lagged as he was just going to bed as I got up this morning.

Breaking down and updating my driver's license to the "Star" system. Was a pain to carry my passport around last week, and worse, looking for it when in a rush, shuffling papers, put it in the wrong pocket. Scheduled a 12:15 appointment with DMV so should avoid the typical 3 hour walk-in wait.

On a side note, noticed that the passport expires in 11 months and the planned travel may impact the 6 month window some countries and airlines impose, so better start on getting it renewed now.

I don’t think you can get home on the treadmill. It really doesn’t go anywhere.

Cleaning blood.  No sports tonight.  The odd night off.

What are you going to do with yourself?

If you catch any of the game on TV, we'll be the fans wearing the Whalers jerseys.

Just ran 1.5 miles on the treadmill. Was planning on running more but my legs are sore from skiing the other day. I'll admit it Wo46 kicked my ass she ran 3 miles on the treadmill and I only made it 1.5

Made it through work OK, went to Physical Therapy and am now pretty sore.

But work went a lot better than I thought it would. Got a lot of folks telling me to call them if I need help    :loveshower:

When I returned to work with pins in my hip there really were no extra people that could come help me. We had a hilift driver that was always kind of a PITA. He saw me carrying a five gallon bucket of graphite and jumped off his hilift and came over and carried it for me. I was impressed.
