petitepedal ★ Posted January 29, 2020 Share #5 Posted January 29, 2020 My PT peeps gave me the bands they wanted me to work with..different colors different strength...I purchased bands to use at the gym or at home to do some of my trainer exercises... I thought the same thing about the slingshot potential, but then I realized I was way too lazy.
