This needs more detail...., just because I have never seen a vegan, gluten free pizza. Do you do the cauliflower crust thing? As vegan, is there a cheese sustitute or just no cheese? Still tomato based pizza sauce? So many questions....
Square Wheels Posted February 1, 2020 Author Share #3 Posted February 1, 2020 No idea what the flours were, it was clearly homemade. I've used Daiya "cheese" before, but am not crazy about it, this was not that. Yes, had tomato sauce. It was pretty good. My wife got a bacon mac and cheese burger bowl. The whole restaurant was vegan gluten free. this was silly good. We also got a couple different brownies. We ate poorly for lunch. I need to run more.

It makes an amazing pizza dough but needs to be cooked before toppings go on.
