petitepedal Posted February 2, 2020 Share #1 Posted February 2, 2020 41 degrees and windy...my goals for the day are church and a work out and maybe a quick stop at Trader Joe's a NAP and I have a few things that should be picked up. I am not sure if I am trying to get a cold...so I may just walk the treadmill instead of doing weights. I am changing up my schedule a bit..I am only doing the weight work out twice a week...more recovery time..walking and yoga on the other days... 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
