G'night peeps

I was a little worried..cos I tend to do a thin crust ..but this crust was 1/2 a cup more flour larger than my other recipe..I used the same pan for cooking...and I usually do a little pre cook on the crust..I did but not much 4 to 5 minutes...I was worried I would have some uncooked bits...but I did not. I will try this recipe again!
