Still clueless about certain home city things

For the first time, after living and working here over last 9 yrs., I stepped onto the local university campus last night. It's only a few LRT stops away or a half bike ride away.

We went to see a wonderful choral and instrumental production that was a modern day interpretation and parody of a 17th century story and baroque about utopia vs. dystopia.  It was light but with some fun messages.

True, there's alot more I still haven't visited in our city. And most of that is in suburbia, especially out on the fringes.  By bike, I just stay in more cycleable areas/valley and have no need to visit there unless I'm passing by just because it's part of bike route. It's the same big box, chain stores I can get closer to home.
