I bought 6 on-sale chicken thighs Thursday, forgetting I still have the 3 lb, tiny marinated whole chicken in a bag. I baked the thighs Saturday and I froze the whole chicken: it was 2 days beyond it's "use of freeze by" date but since that was 2 weeks after I bought it, I'm sure it's still good. I have plenty of veggies to go with them so I guess I'm eating lots of chicken for a while.

Whew! Good thing you stocked up on chocolate chips! (Dang it, I don't know how to unquote the @!)
