The appearance just went back to the way it was. Earlier this morning it was fugly.

I am going to use the trainer this morning, which will be the 4th time since I fell. Last time I did 10 minutes, and got up to  what would be easy pedaling on the road. Yeah, pathetic.

One of the things they don't tell you when you descend into the Dark Side of binging is withdrawal symptoms. I need a decent show to binge.  It's not a pretty sight.

We're having a couple days of actual winter here this weekend. Unusual, it was down around zero this morning. Fortunately monday we go back to our global warming normal of upper 30s and lower 40s. Not good for the planet, but very good for my cabin fever.

I saw a video last night about research into a new cancer treatment. Very early days, but if it works out, in a decade we may have a no drama treatment that can kill a couple dozen different cancers, and some diseases.

I needed to uninstall the themes before the upgrade.  There is a theme selector at the bottom of every page where you can select a different look.
