Must have been those hex deadlifts

I had hit the gym last week after a long layoff due to being sick pretty much since October...

Anyway I was in there Thursday to do lower body & cardio since my upper body was still pretty sore from Tuesday.  But I decided to do some bench, shoulder presses & flys on the machines with just the first plate, like what 15 lbs?  I felt kinda silly and it made me think of your post on the whimpy dudes at the gym but it did help flush out the lactic acid out.
