Popular Post UglyBob Posted February 16, 2020 Popular Post Share #12 Posted February 16, 2020 I rubbed down a six pound pork roast with spices and lifted it into the oven, then did laundry lifts and squats in from of the dryer. In about an hour and a half, I'll lift the pork roast again, then do fork lifts as I stuff it into my face. 6 2
Parsnip Totin Jack Posted February 16, 2020 Share #13 Posted February 16, 2020 Three mile hike on the cross county trail. Nice walk through the woods. Washed two dirty bikes then rode one on the W&OD 16 miles. Cooking a butternut squash in the instant pot and drinking an Anchor Steam.

Kirby Posted February 17, 2020 Share #22 Posted February 17, 2020 I gathered the materials for my taxes and filled out the tax planner for the accountants. That required a few hours of rummaging and rooting.

MickinMD Posted February 17, 2020 Share #26 Posted February 17, 2020 I did not and need to do so more regularly. Tomorrow it will be sunny and 52° and I'll walk Jake our Golden Doodle a couple miles. We've had mostly rain lately so my calves will feel it afterward. The members of our close extended family are saying they're ready to do another cruise, so I need to make sure I can handle a lot of sightseeing and walking at the minimum and hopefully much more. But I've had so many tendon and muscle problems in my shoulders, right hip, and ankles in the 2000's including a few operations that I'm going slowly in terms of increasing activity. 2019 was the first year in the 2000's I wasn't suffering from or recovering from an injury to some joint.

I guess we walked about 4 km.
