Wilbur Posted February 17, 2020 Share #2 Posted February 17, 2020 There were breadfruit trees and alligators in the arctic, you know. Global warming isn't all bad.

True, although the Cockshutt brand lived on for a while after White Motor Company took it over. Cockshutt branded tractors sold after this time were rebadged Olivers.

shootingstar Posted February 17, 2020 Share #15 Posted February 17, 2020 Palm tree in front of home in Vancouver. Been there for past 18 yrs. and more. Yea, it survives the bit of snow it got this winter which rest of Canada is amazed see how the LRT breaks down with -10 degrees C snow and ice. Palm tree would have got a ton of rain earlier last month.

I think folks are taking my recommendations to heart and just burning their trash instead of trying to figure out the dopey composting, recycling, and re-using mumbo-jumbo. So far, it's worked well enough that we have had no significant snow this season, so it good to see we can have a quick and easy impact on this climate stuff. It's nothing to worry about, and it is something to rejoice about! FWIW, have you ever even met a person in Florida you liked???? FTR, Tizeye is a great guy, but he's clearly an exception.
