Popular Post The_Karen_Cooper_Incident Posted February 18, 2020 Popular Post Share #1 Posted February 18, 2020 I just got word we are the winning bid. I just called Tude and she is happy. The shitty people downstairs and their piece of shit children won't let me sleep today, so this is fantastic news. But, this experience has taught me something - - I really don't like hippies. In fact, I don't like them at all! And I can't wait to get away from the people downstairs. Mudkipz 11 3

Bikeguy Posted February 18, 2020 Share #18 Posted February 18, 2020 Congratulations… Now you get to learn how to fix, repair, maintain, lots of stuff you never needed to know about before. Keep all of the paperwork for the closing in a safe place, and keep all of the receipts, bills, invoices for any maintenance, additions, upgrades, etc… too. When you sell your estate many years from now, you may need that info for income taxes. I didn’t know abut this until we sold or first house last year. Now I’m glad I’m a financial pack rat. Just think of the tax deduction you will have next year for the mortgage interest. Yeah, I feel your pain we moved to get away from some of our neighbors too. 1

Kzoo Posted February 18, 2020 Share #21 Posted February 18, 2020 If you need help mowing the new lawn, just let me know. You are on the way to @Zackny's rural estate. The plan was to swing by @RalphWaldoMooseworth's place after but I haven't heard from that slacker to get him on my schedule. p.s. do you have a weedwacker I can borrow? BuffJim Posted February 18, 2020 Share #28 Posted February 18, 2020 Woohoo, now you have a tough decision to make. In order for me to visit, you'll have to get rid of the cats, or my asthma will cause my airways to swell shut and I die. Even DeathJim has his limits. It might be a tough conversation with Tude, but well worth it. 1

We kept the house we sold for 1 year after we moved into our new home. We were working on the first house getting it ready to be sold. That was our job for most of last year. I guess the work helped or we didn’t set a high enough price. The house sold in 6 days.
