BR46 Posted February 21, 2020 Share #1 Posted February 21, 2020 Ever since I retired I'm not on my feet for 8 to 10 hours a day. I do workout for a minimum 30 minutes a day. But my glucose levels have been. 182 183 141 200 163 213 239 177 223 See where I'm going with this. I have to go back and early January for any thing under 130. I even had a spike of 300 after a lunch of 6 chicken wings and a beer at BWW I'm trying to stay off insulin. But I'm still taking Metformin every day. 1

Longjohn ★ Posted February 21, 2020 Share #9 Posted February 21, 2020 I would recommend wearing disposable rubber gloves when trying to get your shit together. They are a marvelous invention.
