Mexican television

They have a couple of Hispanic broadcast channels in the Baltimore-Washington Area, one of them part of Maryland Public Broadcasting.  I don't spend much time watching them since I only speak English and broken French, but I do pause to check out the women when I'm channel surfing!

When I was at U of Toronto in 1975, I used to get a kick out of French language TV.  Deep-voiced Richard Boone played Paladin on Have Gun, Will Travel, and then latest-techniques, early-1900's, deputy sheriff on Hec Ramsey.  I turned on a French-language TV episode and, dubbed in French, the first thing I heard was an almost soprano voice as Boone said, "Je m'appelle Hec Ramsey!"  I laughed and laughed at the high pitched voice!
