Popular Post petitepedal ★ Posted February 27, 2020 Popular Post Share #1 Posted February 27, 2020 Overheard my trainer and his wife taking about the workout and he said it was comparable to HIIT but not as hard on the feet...There were 7 of us...not quite sure if I was the oldest or not..one guy was folically challenged and graying/grey...he could however be in his 50's..My trainer's wife..she is 30... 2 guys maybe 30ish..and another guy anywhere between 35 and 50..and another woman maybe in her 40's early 50's..she is "with" the guy who I wasn't too sure if he was older than me or not! Anyway we did 3 sets of 1 circuit he set up and 2 sets of the second circuit...My legs are a little sore...probably cos we did sets of 20 squats with weight..I usually do 10 to 12 reps in 3 to 5 sets using 45 pounds....I only used 25 on the 3 sets of 20. We did additional leg stuff..but this was probably the hardest...I was a little damp when I was done...not sweat dripping off my hair like usual....Told my trainer it wasn't as hard as our 1 on 1 sessions...he said our 1 on 1 is BADASS 4 2 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
