Airehead Posted March 1, 2020 Share #1 Posted March 1, 2020 I am armed with cheese and am off to Dremel dog toe nails. If you want me to do your dog have them here in 63 minutes.
Ralphie ★ Posted March 1, 2020 Share #2 Posted March 1, 2020 Tooth brushing is the hard part for us. Ruby is very easy for both baths and toenails, a polar opposite to our previous basten.
UglyBob Posted March 1, 2020 Share #3 Posted March 1, 2020 Gracie has to be sedated to get her nails trimmed. We just have them do her teeth and anything else she needs at the same time. Now that I'm doing more walking again, they get worn down a little more, so we don't have to go that route as often.
Longjohn ★ Posted March 1, 2020 Share #4 Posted March 1, 2020 My wife is due to get her toenails trimmed again. Bring your Dremel. I don’t even like cutting my own toenails but when it needs done I do it. If someone else volunteered I wouldn’t complain.
KrAzY Posted March 1, 2020 Share #5 Posted March 1, 2020 I found out that walking our dog on cement helps with not having to trim their nails.
Bikeguy Posted March 1, 2020 Share #6 Posted March 1, 2020 I trimmed one of my dogs nails a bit too short once. And he told me about it. Sam was a 126 pound Great Dane / German Shepard mix. He didn’t like baths either. I gave up and just took him to the vet when needed.
