Popular Post Zealot Posted March 1, 2020 Popular Post Share #1 Posted March 1, 2020 Since my surgery eight months ago. Was nothing spectacular, but I did about 14 miles. Beautiful day. It felt great to be on my bike again. 10

The bars don’t make much difference. 1

They told me that I had gained back more range of motion and strength than any shoulder patient they’ve had and that I have no limitations at this point. 2

Further Posted March 1, 2020 Share #14 Posted March 1, 2020 I just finished my shoulder PT, although the focus shifted to my neck. The PT guy and I agreed that my trouble probably started with my neck, and he started working on my neck. I can turn my head further now than I have in a couple years. Best PT experience I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. This listened to me and adjusted the plan to fit what I was telling him. 1

I had no injury that I'm aware of, just intense pain in my shoulder, well from my neck around my shoulder and down my arm. Missed 2 weeks work. The PT people did their magic and all is good now
