goldendesign Posted July 13, 2014 Share #1 Posted July 13, 2014 Tofurky Chorizo is better than any "meatless" should be. Had it in hard tacos with lettuce, onions, jalapenos, and homemade salsa. Really fricken good. I might be able to get used to a full meatless diet.
kingtermite Posted July 14, 2014 Share #2 Posted July 14, 2014 Really? Never would have guessed. Did it come as chorizo, or did you make chorizo from the tofurkey?
goldendesign Posted July 14, 2014 Author Share #3 Posted July 14, 2014 Came already seasoned in the chorizo. Really good. Would not of guessed if I hadn't bought and prepared myself.

LoneWolf Posted July 14, 2014 Share #5 Posted July 14, 2014 Grilled ball-tip steaks and cheesy potatoes. I grill them; we marinate them with a mix of McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning, olive oil, and soy sauce.

I seldom do meat substitutes, but it is a great way to begin your meatless journey
