Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted July 14, 2014 Share #4 Posted July 14, 2014 Sounds great Petite. A nice sauce for that pasta would be a white wine sauce. Shallots would complement the garlic well. Saute 1/4 cup minced shallot in 1 tblsp butter, 1 tblsp olive oil until soft. Add 1/3 cup chicken broth and 1/3 cup white wine. Simmer 15 minutes to reduce liquid, boil off alcohol. Dash of salt and pepper maybe some red pepper flakes if you're feeling frisky.
Destination Posted July 14, 2014 Share #5 Posted July 14, 2014 Petite, please add my voice to those calling for pictures. I've passed through Sioux Falls on more than one occasion. Show me why I should spend some vacation time in the area.
Road Runner Posted July 14, 2014 Share #6 Posted July 14, 2014 So if a woman was willing to do almost anything for a nice delicious dish of pasta, would that make her a pasta-tute?
