I have noticed that lots of doctors and nurses are fat.  Shouldn't they be setting a better example for us?

At least they don’t smoke anymore. My family doctor when I was growing up always had a cigarette in his hand. He would put it on the ashtray while giving shots or examining a patient. Picked it back up and continued smoking while talking with the patient. Nobody in my family smoked, I thought that doctors offices all smelled like smoke.

It's the lifestyle and work schedule.  And too much food..
