Cue authentic frontier gibberish!

SALSA is not made from fruit.  It is made from tomatos and onions and peppers and garlic and such.

You are the type of guy that would make white chili with beans, aren't you?

Are you going to eat that as they chop up your man card at the quilting bee?

Damn it man, man up.  Go get some real salsa and some Mexican beer and watch some wrestling on the TV.

Peppers and tomatoes are both fruits.

  1. While peaches, plums, and oranges are "fruit" in both senses, many items commonly called "vegetables" — such as eggplants, bell peppers, and tomatoes — are botanically fruits, while the cereals (grains) are both a fruit and a vegetable, as well as some spices like black pepper and chilipeppers.

I think you are using the Southern Hippy Cookbook as a reference. ;)

Ah. So you're saying good ol' Texican SALSA that contains bell peppers, tomatoes, black pepper, and/or chili peppers is 'fruity'.

Jsharr, if you want, I can introduce you to some amazing peach salsa. You'd be impressed. It has a wonderfully surprising kick to it.
