What is in your freezer?

We have a small freezer.  It is one of those bottom styles.  I did an inventory

3 packs of grass fed ground beef.

2 chicken breasts, 2 chicken legs and thighs butchered a chicken for a bunch of different meals

Whole wheat flour & vital wheat gluten flour

2 gallons frozen peaches  <==== scored these off a local tree that was going to waste

1 package of frozen blueberries

1 package of frozen pineapple

Package of frozen mango that is mostly empty

1 gallon bag of walnuts

5 packages of frozen peas

4 packages of this Rana Ravioli.  This is my go to processed meal.

3 mason jars of cooked black beans.

1 mason jar of cooked chick peas

cubes of lemon juice

A flattened bag of chilis in adobo (this makes it easy to bust off a chunk and use)

2 bags of coffee

Two of these big gel packs that I got with a shipment of chilled things.  I keep them for stability, if we lose power for a short time.

Good idea.  I used to keep baggies of frozen water for electrical outages, We have ice packs which should do the same.

I always wondered if those bastards had any redeeming qualities?  Howe aboot coons?

They're just cute.  I feel like I read somewhere that they help control something, I just can't remember what.  But possums have been said to eat a TON of ticks.

I have no clue completely.  I've got small chest, will probably go to an upright at some time so it's easier to tell what's in it.  I know there are several packages of popsicles, steaks and various frozen foods and vegetables but not sure.

They are at the center of a complex food chain, both terrestrial and aquatic. They are in the position of both predators and prey which makes them essential for maintaining a balance.

They would be cute if they weren't so &*^%$ viscous (:P) and miserable.

Oh, and thanks for dropping in and helping me derail Hip's thread. :D

City 1: Several large yogurt containers of frozen squash, 1 serving of perogies, 2 servings of bison ravioli, about 3 containers of raspberries, blueberries, saskatoon berries, cranberries, snow peas, green peas, beans, beet soup, 4 pkg servings of beef, small half of trout.

Dried/canned goods include: clams, tuna, salmon (pink & sockeye), dried tofu sheets, dried shitake mushrooms, seaweed, lily buds, sun-dried tomatoes, sardines, etc. :)  We have different definitions of non-perishable foods.

City 2: some bread, bagels, peas, gnocchi and whatever he has squirreled away. It's not that much.

Beef, lamb, pork, bread, milk, ice cream, butter, some fruit, and film; we have a big one in the heated shop, a small older one in the garage, and one above the refrigerator.  Learned the newer freezers do not seem to last as long in an almost non heated garage as the older ones do.

Upstairs-  a pound each of pecans, walnuts, and pine nuts. Some frozen bagels that I made awhile ago.   Some not meat and a pound of ground beef. Tomato paste frozen flat for hacking off in small quantities. Ice cream but it is rocky road so I don’t care.  Several packs of shredded zucchini for Tim’s cookies. Some peas and corn from last summer. Orange juice, some cookies baked awhile ago. Real stuff all seems to be down stairs. I just took inventory.

We still have our film cameras, and a few places are still processing.

So you haven't resorted to eating the film? Good call, it must taste awful.

I still have an Olympus OM-1. Maybe it's time to break it out again.

Where do you get film? color or b&w? School me sheepman.
