I'm likely in the middle on this one.  I normally am ramping up riding at this time of year, but at the same time, I am a bit more sedentary during working while at home.  I snack a little more too, but we've been able to get into a better weight lifting routine with me at home.  So, probably a push.  Hopefully, if I do add or keep weight it is muscle and not fat.

I lost a little on my week in quarantine. If left to my own schedule and devices, I eat less and exercise more. When working, I tend to eat more during breakfast and my lunch break because I don’t have time to grab just a small snack to silence a hunger pang.
