Fun to get back to working on bikes

Installed new pads on my work stand clamp and started working on our fleet of bikes.

Have a 2002 Gary Fisher Sugar4 mtb.  Oldest sone blew out the Can Creek air shock on the rear.  He is a large lad.  Bought a coil shock from Amazon and installed it.  Had to drill out the front mount on the frame a tiny bit to install new pivot bolt.

Went with the heaviest spring I could find, which was #1200 lbs.  It works, but it is very stiff.  May buy a 850# to install if I am going to ride.

Need to service the forks, maybe go with heavier oil, as parts are no longer available and finding stiffer springs would be next to impossible.   Looking at a new Rock Shox 30 if I can get springs for a 250 to 300 lb rider.

Going to go over the Trek 1200 with Ryan.   Need to adjust the drive train and he wants to back the bearings on his wheels and headset.

Have an old Jamis Durango that needs some work and a Trek hybrid, both of which the boys have outgrown that I want to tune up and sell.
