Yes he lives in our hood a few streets over if it is who I think it is. Either way, it is real. Cars were stopping to take pics and video and he would bend down and wave. I think I know who it is, but not positive. The last pic, where he is shown from behind is taken on Canyon Creek Drive where it meets Campbell Road and the building to his right is the church where my Boy Scout Troop meets.
